SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Items will be processed within 5-7 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
Items will be shipped USPS, with insurance and a tracking number available for your convenience. I am not liable for items lost in the mail, however I will assist in tracking of the package.
International shipping is available. If you are shipping internationally please purchase the item and email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping cost information. I will estimate the cost and invoice you prior to shipping the product. Tracking numbers may not be available to all countries.
A description of each piece is listed on all jewelry including size, stone, metals used in the piece, finish, etc.
The customer is responsible to measure for the correct size and or fit. If there is a problem with the product please contact me and we will discuss further action. Because a description has been given, the customer is responsible for shipping costs if the product is returned for any reason.
If the piece is damaged in transit, I will repair the piece and send it back.
If my piece is damaged from normal ‘wear and tear” I will not replace the piece or fix for no cost. I do repairs to my jewelry only, and will charge for time and materials.
All custom orders are non-refundable and require the full price to be paid before the piece can be started.
Custom items have individual processing times that will account for making the product and shipping. The customer is responsible to measure for the correct size and or fit.
